Just home from Japan and what an amazing experience was had. Lindsay and I were all over the island of Hokkaido in search of snow, and we sure found it. I am crazy jet lagged, accidentally Starbucks caffeinated, and my body feels like it’s 7pm. We woke up near Furano, Hokkaido yesterday, drove about 2.5 hours through the mountains of Japan in our little rental car, barely caught the flight to Bejing, then flew from Bejing to SFO, just in time for rush hour traffic leaving San Francisco, up a few more hours and finally home, Truckee. I just wanted to post a few photographs previewing what an awesome time we had! More to come…. off to sleep now!

Nice pics! Glad you’ve had a good time in Hokkaido! It has been a lean season, but there is always some pow to be found especially with Pat! Looking forward to the next article.
